These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Local Titan platform and services provided at localtitan.io. By accessing or using Local Titan, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Service Description

Local Titan provides local SEO and digital marketing tools including:

• Geo-grid rank tracking for Google Maps
• AI search visibility monitoring
• Automated review management and reputation building
• AI-powered content generation (blog posts, service pages)
• Automated website building with SEO optimization
• Google Ads campaign management via our AdTitan module (reporting, optimization, and campaign controls via the Google Ads API)

3. Account Registration

To use Local Titan, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Scan credits and one-time purchases are non-refundable. See pricing for current rates. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Google Ads API Integration

Our AdTitan feature allows you to connect your Google Ads account to Local Titan. By connecting your account, you:

• Authorize Local Titan to access your Google Ads data (campaigns, keywords, performance metrics, search terms) via the Google Ads API and OAuth 2.0
• Acknowledge that campaign modifications made through Local Titan (budget changes, keyword additions, ad pausing) are your responsibility
• Can revoke access at any time by disconnecting your Google Ads account within Local Titan or from your Google Account settings at myaccount.google.com/permissions
• Understand that Local Titan is not responsible for campaign performance, ad spend, or any costs incurred through your Google Ads account

Our use of the Google Ads API is subject to the Google Ads API Terms and Conditions. For details on how we handle Google Ads data, see our Privacy Policy.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Local Titan's features only for lawful purposes related to managing your business's online presence. You may not:

• Use the service to spam, harass, or engage in any illegal activity
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of Local Titan
• Use automated scripts or bots to access the platform beyond normal usage
• Resell or redistribute Local Titan services without authorization
• Provide false or misleading information in your account profile
• Use Google Ads API data obtained through Local Titan for any purpose other than managing your own advertising campaigns

7. Intellectual Property

Local Titan and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Local Titan and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Content you generate using our AI tools (blog posts, ad copy, etc.) belongs to you.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of Local Titan is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data, including Google Ads API data.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Local Titan is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any SEO results or advertising performance outcomes will be achieved.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Local Titan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to Local Titan in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@localtitan.io. Upon termination, your data will be handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of St. Lucie County, Florida.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page. Continued use of Local Titan after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
