What's Inside

First-Time Setup

Connect your business in 2 minutes

Before You Start

To unlock the full power of Local Titan, you need to connect your Google Business Profile. This lets all tools pull your real business data — rankings, reviews, photos, and more.

Step 1 Open Business Profile Settings

In your dashboard, click "Business Profile" in the left sidebar (under Account). This opens the setup wizard.

Step 2 Connect Your Google Account

Click "Connect Google Business Profile". You'll be redirected to sign in with the Google account that manages your business. Grant the required permissions so Local Titan can pull your real business data — reviews, ratings, photos, and listing details.

Step 3 Select Your Business Location

If you manage multiple locations, select the one you want to connect. Local Titan will automatically import your business name, address, service area, categories, and review data.

Step 4 You're Connected!

Once linked, you'll see the green "Profile Linked" badge with your review count, average rating, and photo count. All tools are now active.

Pro Tip: Don't have a Google Business Profile yet? Create one free here. It's required to appear in Google Maps results — without it, you're invisible to local customers.

Google Map Ranking Scanner

See exactly where you rank across your entire service area

What This Does

This tool scans Google Maps from dozens of locations in a grid pattern around your business. Each point shows where you rank in the "Map Pack" — the 3 businesses Google shows at the top of local searches. It reveals blind spots where competitors are beating you.

Step 1 Enter Your Business Name

Type your exact business name as it appears on Google Maps. An autocomplete dropdown will help you select the right one.

Step 2 Set the Center Location

Enter the city/zip code where you want the scan centered. This is usually your business address or the area you serve most.

Step 3 Enter Your Search Keyword

Type the keyword a customer would search, like "appliance repair near me" or "plumber Port St Lucie".

Step 4 Choose Grid Size & Spacing

Select how many scan points you want:

  • 3×3 (9 points) — Quick overview, uses 1 credit
  • 5×5 (25 points) — Standard scan, uses 1 credit
  • 7×7 (49 points) — Detailed coverage, uses 1 credit
  • 9×9 (81 points) — Maximum coverage, uses 1 credit

Set spacing to control how far apart scan points are (0.5 to 5 miles).

Step 5 Click "Scan Rankings"

The scan runs automatically. In about 30-60 seconds, you'll see a color-coded map:

  • 🟢 Green = Rank 1-3 (you're in the Map Pack!)
  • 🟡 Yellow = Rank 4-7 (close but not visible)
  • 🟠 Orange = Rank 8-10
  • 🔴 Red = Rank 11-20
  • Gray = Not Found (rank 20+)

Pro Tip: Run scans for 3-5 different keywords to get a complete picture of your visibility. Save scan results to track your progress over time using the Scan History tab.

5 Star Review Funnel

Automate review collection from every customer

What This Does

Google heavily favors businesses with more reviews and higher ratings. This tool creates an automated 4-week SMS drip campaign that follows up with your customers and encourages them to leave a 5-star review. More reviews = higher Map Pack ranking = more calls.

Step 1 Enter Customer Details

After every job, enter your customer's name and phone number into the form.

Step 2 Click "Launch SMS Sequence"

The system adds them to a 4-week automated drip campaign. They'll receive personalized, friendly follow-up texts asking about their experience and gently guiding them to leave a review.

Step 3 Track Your Campaigns

The Active Campaigns panel shows all customers currently in the funnel, along with your overall review conversion rate.

Pro Tip: Add EVERY customer — even the small jobs. Businesses with 100+ reviews consistently outrank those with fewer reviews, regardless of other SEO factors. Make it a habit: finish the job, enter the customer.

Map Check-In & Review Responder

Geo-tag job photos & auto-reply to every review

What This Does

Two powerful features in one tool. Map Check-In lets you upload geo-tagged job photos with SEO-optimized descriptions directly to your Google Business Profile. Automated Review Responder automatically drafts intelligent, personalized replies to every Google review — both 5-star and negative.

Step 1 Upload a Job Photo

Drag and drop (or tap to browse) a photo from a recent job. Take photos at every job site — Google rewards businesses that post frequently.

Step 2 Add Location & Service Details

Enter the job location (city/neighborhood) and select the service category. This helps the system generate an SEO-optimized description.

Step 3 Auto-Generate SEO Description

Click the "Auto-Generate" magic wand button. The system creates a keyword-rich description designed to boost your local search visibility.

Step 4 Set Up Review Responder

On the right panel, write your Response Directives — instructions for how you want reviews handled. Example: "For 5-star reviews, thank them warmly and mention our referral program. For negative reviews, apologize professionally and ask them to call our support line."

Pro Tip: Google's algorithm favors businesses that respond to 100% of reviews within 24 hours. The auto-responder ensures you never miss one — even while you're on a job.

SEO Content Engine

AI-generated blog posts optimized for local rankings

What This Does

This tool generates full-length, SEO-optimized blog posts for your website. Each post is designed to rank for a specific local keyword, including proper title tags, meta descriptions, headings, and even schema markup. Publishing 2-4 posts per month can dramatically boost your search visibility.

Step 1 Fill In Your Details

Enter your business name, website URL, target keyword, service category, and target location.

Step 2 Choose Post Type & Tone

Select from 6 post types:

  • How-To Guide — "How to Fix a Leaking Refrigerator"
  • Cost Guide — "How Much Does Appliance Repair Cost in [City]?"
  • Top 5 / Listicle — "5 Signs Your AC Needs Professional Repair"
  • FAQ Post — Answers common customer questions
  • Seasonal / Timely — Tied to seasons or events
  • Service Area Spotlight — Targets a specific neighborhood

Step 3 Click "Generate Blog Post"

The engine creates a complete blog post with SEO title tag, meta description, structured headings, and JSON-LD schema markup — all optimized for your keyword and location.

Step 4 Copy & Publish

Use the export buttons to copy the HTML, plain text, or schema markup. Paste it directly into your website's blog or CMS.

Pro Tip: Use the AI Search Monitor to find keywords where you're NOT featured, then generate blog posts targeting those exact keywords. This is the fastest path to getting AI search engines to start recommending your business.
