Plans are billed monthly. You may cancel your subscription at any time. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.

Content generated by Local Titan for your business (websites, blog posts) is licensed to you for use during your active subscription. The Local Titan platform, branding, and technology remain our intellectual property.

7. Limitation of Liability

Local Titan is provided "as is." We make no guarantees regarding specific search ranking results. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease and generated content may be removed.
