SMS Messaging Terms

By opting in to receive SMS messages from Local Titan, you agree to the following terms:

1. Consent

By submitting your phone number through our website chat widget, you expressly consent to receive text messages from Local Titan. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

2. Types of Messages

You may receive the following types of messages:

  • Responses to your support inquiries
  • Service updates and account notifications
  • Appointment reminders and follow-ups
  • Customer care communications

Messaging is limited to customer support and service-related purposes. We do not send promotional or marketing content via SMS.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your support interactions. You will not receive more than 5 messages per day unless you are actively engaged in a support conversation.

4. Opt-Out

You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent.

6. Costs

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. Local Titan does not charge for SMS messages, but standard carrier rates apply.

7. Privacy

Your phone number and message content are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes.

8. Carriers

Supported carriers include but are not limited to AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and all major US carriers. Service availability may vary by carrier.
